I am over the moon for this creamy strawberry mallow! You work magic, like, I don’t even understand! And it is perfectly paired with and somehow simultaneously contrasted by the dark chocolate coating. Chef Felecia is a kitchen wizard.
Great chocolate to marshmallow ratio, great texture, but the strawberry flavor falls a little short

These were so good! I was worried they would be hard but the marshmallow was soft and just perfect! Nice strawberry flavor too.
