Adam C. The bars are great, but one of the wrappers in our order wasn’t sealed. Despite paying for an ice pack and insulated box, the unsealed bar melted and chocolate got on everything. Customer service acknowledged the error and said to “just refrigerate the melted one.” No refund or option for a discount for a future purchase.
