Vegan Peanut Butter Brownie

If you love peanut butter, fudge, and chocolate ganache, this dessert is all of those things in one delicious package. It's very rich and fudgy, so honestly I usually don't eat a whole square in one go, but it's such a great treat!

This brownie had a lot of good flavor but I think the layers end up feeling a little unbalanced. I think I would want a thicker brownie layer and a thinner fudge topping. The flavors were SO GOOD and the textures are fine, but altogether it's so rich that even having a quarter of the square ends up feeling like a sugar rush and over indulgent.
